DAILY PROGRAM
Day 1: ARRIVAL
Arrival at Florence airport, welcome by our English speaking tour leader and coach transfer to a hotel located nearby the city centre. Accommodation in a 4* hotel such as Leonardo Da Vinci, or similar. Free dinner (not included). Overnight stay.
Day 2: FLORENCE
After breakfast, meeting with the guide at the hotel and departure for a day dedicated to the discovery of Florence. In the morning, guided walk through the medieval streets of the centre you will reach the main monuments of this museum city: the Duomo square with the Cathedral and its famous dome designed by Brunelleschi and the elegant Campanile di Giotto, the Palazzo Vecchio, the Piazza della Signoria, the political centre of the city, decorated with statues including the Fountain of Neptune, then the banks of the Arno river and the Ponte Vecchio, famous for its goldsmith shops. Free time for lunch (not included). In the afternoon, continue of the visit to Piazza della Repubblica, then the San Lorenzo district with its homonymous basilica, and the famous streets with the rich palaces that bear witness to the splendours of the Medici era. At the end of the afternoon, free return to the hotel, free dinner (not included), and overnight stay.
Day 3: FLORENCE
Breakfast at the hotel, then free day to stroll in the center, or to visit (optional, not included) museums and churches in the center, including the Uffizi Gallery, the richest gallery in Italy, which brings together invaluable masterpieces of Italian art and painting (see supplement). Alternatively, you can organize an excursion to the nearby hills, including Fiesole, or to Pisa or Siena. Lunch and dinner free, not included. Overnights stay.
Day 4: DEPARTURE
Breakfast and free time, depending on the flight schedule. Coach transfer to Florence airport with our tour escort. Check-in assistance and end of our services.
The price includes:
• 3 nights accommodation on B/B basis in mentioned 3* sup/ 4* hotels or similar, in double room and with breakfast buffet
